By visiting the on-line shop visitors must read carefully these terms. The company K. CHATZIKYRIAKOU SONS GP may modify at any time these terms. The visitors / users are responsible for periodically checking if there have been changes to these terms of use. The use of the on-line shop after the said amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the terms of use as modified. The users may browse, receive data, download, store and print for personal use. PERSONAL DETAILS

To place an order, you will be asked to specify your full name, your address, the address where you want the products sold to be sent to, your phone number, your email address, etc. Those details will be used to issue vouchers and to inform visitors about new products and activities. In addition, to issue an invoice, the user must provide his tax details. The company K. PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices indicated next to each product specify separately the product’s net value without VAT and separately the respective legal VAT. Specified prices do not include shipping costs. The total cost (including shipping cost) is confirmed during checkout. The company K. CHATZIKYRIAKOU SONS GP has the right to modify the specified prices of its products without prior notice.
RETURN – CANCELLING AN ORDER
The Customer has the right to return the products purchased within 5 days of receipt thereof. In such a case the return costs are payable by the customer. The products should also be intact, their packaging must not have been opened and they must be accompanied by the proof of purchase. In case of return of the products, you should inform the company by email at sales@army-spareparts.com before the return of the product. The product’s replacement is made within 15 days from the date of receipt by the company and the shipping costs are payable by the customer. Also, refunds are not accepted by the company, only replacements of products are accepted in accordance with the above terms, provided that they display proven defects and lack the agreed properties.
The customer has the right to cancel the order. In this case you must call at 2310 782581 or send an email to sales@army-spareparts.com. The company will accept the cancellation if the products have not been delivered to the shipping company (ELTA) or courier (TNT).
Hours of order cancellations
1. Order placed from 00:00 - 14:00 – Cancellation on the same day
2. Order placed from 14:00 - 24:00 - Cancellation until 14:00 of the next day
After these deadlines it is not possible to cancel the order. In case of cancellation we will refund you if money has been deposited in the company’s bank account.

Shipping methods
The company cooperates with the Greek Post Office (ELTA) and courier (TNT) , to which it delivers the products ordered from Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
In case of non availability of the ordered products the company commits itself to inform the consumers in time.
LATE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The company K. CHATZIKYRIAKOU SONS GP is not responsible for any delayed delivery that is not due to a fault of the company itself or is due to force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company K. CHATZIKYRIAKOU SONS GP has made its best to display as accurately as possible the products available through photos, descriptions and specific comments. However, this website may contain errors (typographical, numerical and visualization errors). The company K. Some products may bear minor wear on their package and slight alterations in their content (oxidation) due to normal wear but they do not eliminate the usefulness of the product in any case.
